Report: Borussia Dortmund have a buyback clause for Alexander Isak
Apparently, Borussia Dortmund can buy back Alexander Isak from Real Sociedad for €30 million via a buyback clause.
On Wednesday, it was announced thar Alexander Isak will leave Borussia Dortmund to join Real Sociedad for a reported transfer fee of €6.5 million. But the striker may not have left BVB for good.
According to AS, Borussia Dortmund have an option of buying the striker back for €30 million in the future.
After the deal was announced on Wednesday, BVB sporting director Michael Zorc said that the club will 'closely monitor' Isak's performances in Spain, thus hinting that a buyback option had been included in the deal.
Dortmund paid €6.5 million to sign Isak from Swedish side AIK in 2017.
