Maximilian Philipp is likely to say goodbye to Borussia Dortmund this summer – but it's still unclear where he will go.

According to Bild (via Ligainsider), RB Leipzig and VfL Wolfsburg have emerged as leaders of the race for the 25-year-old who would be allowed to leave Dortmund for around €20 million.

Borussia Mönchengladbach have previously been linked with the striker, but are no longer part of the race, as per the report.

Philipp made 23 appearances for Dortmund during the 2018/19 season, scoring two goals and making three assists.
