RB Leipzig coach Julian Nagelsmann has been backed to reach the level of Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp and Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola by Ralf Rangnick.

Rangnick, who left his position as RB Leipzig sporting director to take over the position as Red Bull's Head of Sport and Development Soccer in the summer, feels confident the 32-year-old will be able to match the world's best coaches in the future.

"Julian is the biggest German coaching talent. He's very mature for his age and has already come very far. If he keeps developing like this, he can reach the level of Klopp and Guardiola," Rangnick said, as quoted by SID.

Nagelsmann has won five out of his first six games as RB Leipzig coach.
