The 23-year-old was forced at the break of Wednesday's 3-1 win over Union Berlin in the DFB-Pokal after he picked up the injury during the first half.
Mitchell Weiser will most likely come into the line-up instead of Amiri for Saturday's Bundesliga game against Eintracht Frankfurt.
Amiri has made 32 appearances for Leverkusen this season, racking up one goal and six assists.
