Report: Union Berlin close in on talented Czech League striker

German footballing magazine Kicker reports that Union Berlin have secured the services of another center forward.
Slavia Prague's 22-year-old striker Petar Musa is reportedly on his way to Köpenick on loan for the rest of the season. The Croatia U21 star would encounter a great deal of competition on a squad that already features prolific attackers Taiwo Awoniyi, Max Kruse, Cedric Twuchert, Joel Pohjanpalo and  Marcus Ingvartsen. His Czech coach nevertheless said his player expressed the desire to try out for a "great opportunity".

Practically anyone stationed up front has proven capable of scoring for die Eisernen this season. Musa would still count as quite the coup for the stacked squad. The traditional center-forward has tallied four times in 13 appearances thus far in the Fortuna League. His regular standout performances in the Czech Republic ensured that he's remained on many a football analyst's radar.
