Peter Gulacsi has been linked with a move away from RB Leipzig after the goalkeeper's agent came out and revealed that his client has a release clause that will become active this summer.

Borussia Dortmund are among the clubs understood to be interested in acquiring Gulacsi, but the 30-year-old doesn't seem particularly keen on leaving Red Bull Arena.

"I found my way to Leipzig via England and Salzburg. A lot would have to happen for me to leave this way at my own request," said the former Liverpool goalkeeper in an interview with Kicker.

"I feel very comfortable in Leipzig, and so does my family. It's just perfect. I can very well imagine staying here in the long term," he added.

Gulacsi's contract expires in 2023.
