Bayern München coach Hansi Flick has provided an injury update ahead of his side's Bundesliga clash with Mainz on Saturday, confirming that Robert Lewandowski will be back in his squad after a spell on the sidelines.

"Robert Lewandowski and Leon Goretzka will both make the squad. We'll have to see how Marc Roca and Serge Gnabry are in training today. The squad is filling up, which is good," said Flick.

With 35 Bundesliga goals to his name already this season, Lewandowski still has four games left to break Gerd Müller's record of 40 league goals in a single season.

"The most important thing is that we become German champions. He has been out for four weeks, but is in good physical shape. He showed that in training. We will see how he copes and will certainly all support him, but the focus in on the title," said Flick.
