Rüdiger missed yesterday's training due to a cold while Gündogan was left out because a skull bruise, but they should both be fit and ready for tomorrow's game.
This means that Germany coach Joachim Löw will have all players available except for Lukas Klostermann, who is out with a muscle injury.
The German squad are due to fly to London this afternoon.
