Simon Rolfes and die Werkself have their new winger. The 21-year-attacker from FC Toulouse joins Leverkusen with immediate effect after signing a five-year-deal on Thursday. Full details on a transfer fee are not available yet, but it's reasonable to assumer that Bayer paid something close to the €12 to €15 million reported upon earlier by Sky transfer expert Max Bielefeld.

"This is another very important transfer for us as the deadline nears," personnel boss Rolfes noted in a statement, "Amine is the last piece of the puzzle that we absolutely wanted to put in place when building a squad."
