Leeds United have been mentioned as a possible destination, and now Bild are bringing AC Milan into the picture.
According to the German tabloid, the Serie A giants are considering a move for the 28-year-old as well as Mats Hummels, whose future beyond this summer is up in the air.
Wolf has also attracted interest from Spain and Saudi Arabia, according to Sky Germany.
