Bayern Munich have reached a full agreement to appoint Burnley manager Vincent Kompany as their new coach, according to multiple sources, including Sky Deutschland and Fabrizio Romano.

Bayern are understood to have agreed a compensation fee of between €10-15 million with Burnley to buy the Belgian coach out of his contract.

Kompany has reportedly agreed a three-year deal with Bayern, with an official announcement expected next week.

The former Manchester City player will replace Thomas Tuchel, who is leaving his position as Bayern coach by mutual consent.
