Report: German international tests positive for coronavirus
The German national team have reportedly been hit by a coronavirus case ahead of their upcoming internationals
Bild reports this morning that a German international has tested positive for coronavirus.
This has since been confirmed by the German Football Association.
Per the German tabloid, the person is question is said to be Bayern München's Niklas Süle, who is fully vaccinated.
Due to the positive coronavirus case, the team meeting on Monday evening was apparently canceled at short notice.
Additionally, the team training this morning has been cancelled.
Germany will face Liechtenstein on Thursday before taking on Armenia on Sunday.
