Mintzlaff says Leipzig won't wait until Christmas to make changes
RB Leipzig boss Oliver Mintzlaff made clear that there would be no "pre-Christmas" grace period for Jesse Marsch and when speaking to the DAZN microphones after Friday's loss.

The 46-year-old club administrator seemed to confirm as much in his post-match comments on Friday.
"We won't bury our heads in the sand and wait until Christmas," Mintzlaff told the microphones of German broadcaster DAZN afterwards, "We have to think about things and everything is on the table."
The long-time club executive took care to shift the focus back to the players snd emphasized that the administrative re-think wasn't solely a coaching discussion.
"Today the team was in charge and that was definitely too little," Mintzlaff noted, "It's a team discussion that we need to have now. It's a matter of laser focus. We have 18 points from 14 games. That doesn't meet our standards and not what we expect from this great squad."
Leipzig have actually been coached by three separate trainers in the last three weeks. Co-trainer Achim Beierlorzer had to enter isolation for COVID-related reasons earlier in the week. The last three league defeats have thus come with Marsch (Hoffenheim), Beierlorzer (Leverkusen), and Marco Kurth (Union Berlin) directing the team from the dugout.
Such an excuse may prove insufficient for Mintzlaff, who brought up the fact that Leipzig had arguably the deepest and most expensive roster in the league.
"We have a squad that is certainly among the three or four best in the Bundesliga," he noted, "That is our belief."
