Salihamidzic: 'I have been appalled by the rude and disrespectful reports'
Bayern München sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic has blasted the media for questioning his faith in Niko Kovac.

"I have been accused of not standing behind Niko Kovac. Why? Niko's position isn't in question at all. We don't have to kiss each other in public," Salihamidzic said at today's press conference and added:
"What has happened? We started out well, and then the performance drop came. It's getting better, we know that. Questioning the work of a whole club is not okay. I have been appalled by the rude and disrespectful reports."
Salihamidzic was appointed the club's sporting director in the summer of 2017.
