Report: Bayern set return date for Kimmich
Bild reports Joshua Kimmich is expected to make his return to training at the beginning of January.
Bayern München have set a return date for Joshua Kimmich, who is currently sidelined due to a lung infiltration caused by COVID-19.
According to Bild, Kimmich is expected to be back on the pitch on January 2 when training resumes after the holiday break.
Kimmich hasn't played for Bayern since November. He was first quarantined after being in close contact with a person infected with coronavirus and later tested positive himself.
The 26-year-old has made 18 appearances for Bayern this season, racking up three goals and four assist.
