Augsburg duo out with COVID-19

André Hahn and Michael Gregoritsch will miss Augsburg's game against Wolfsburg due to COVID-19.

Augsburg have been hit by a COVID-19 blow ahead of their upcoming game against Wolfsburg on Sunday.

Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Augsburg coach Markus Weinzierl confirmed that regular starters Andre Hahn and Michael Gregoritsch will miss the game after returning positive tests.

In addition, the Augsburg boss revealed that Ruben Vargas is highly questionable due to tonsillitis.

Augsburg face Wolfsburg this weekend before locking horns with Mainz in a postponed game on Wednesday.
