Timo Horn won't rule out Köln stay – even in case of relegation

FC Köln keeper Timo Horn says he might stay, even if the club gets relegated.
With four matches remaining of the Bundesliga season, it will be difficult for FC Köln to avoid relegation. The club are rock bottom of the table and must win at least three out of four games just to have a slight chance of staying in the Bundesliga.

But, even if the club go down, goalkeeper Timo Horn says he might stay.

"I won't rule out staying here," Horn tells General-Anzeiger.

However, the 24-year-old also underlines that he can't make any guarantees.

"On the other hand, I can't make any promises at the moment, because I don't know if I'll be able to keep my word. I'm open and honoest about that," he tells General-Anzeiger.

A move to another Bundesliga club could also be a possibility for Horn. According to Sky Sport, there is a release clause in his contract that means he can leave the club for €9 million if FC Köln are relegated.
