Nadiem Amiri speaks on his future plans
After spending the second half of last season on loan at Genoa, Nadiem Amiri could now leave Bayer Leverkusen for good.

Amiri slipped down the pecking order after Gerard Seoane replaced Peter Bosz as coach last summer.
The 25-year-old wasn't present when Seoane arrived, as he was representing Germany at the Olympics in Tokyo. Looking back, Amiri regrets his decision to travel to Japan because Seoane introduced a new playing style while he was away.
"In retrospect, it was a mistake to participate in the Olympics," Amiri admitted in an interview with Sport Bild.
"Under former coach Peter Bosz, I always played as one of two No. 8's. After Gerardo Seoane took over, my position no longer existed," he added.
Where Amiri will go next is uncertain, but he's aware that he shouldn't have too high demands.
"I will not be arrogant and say that I will only go to a Champions League club," Amiri noted.
A move to Hellas Verona, who has been linked with, is a possibility.
"I'm not writing that off," said the attacking midfielder, who is under contract until 2024.
