SC Freiburg have received Brentford's newest offer of over €20 million for forward Kevin Schade, per Kicker. Freiburg have until Thursday evening to make a final decision. The 20-year-old speedster has been injured since March, but is nearing a return to the pitch in the coming weeks.

The Breisgau club would prefer to keep their squad intact, although on offer exceeding the €20 million threshold is something they are forced to consider. It's still a likely bet that Schade will be apart of the squad once the transfer window closes. Roland Sallai is another name making rounds on the market, but it's nearly impossible that a move will transpire.

Schade was the 3rd fastest player in the Bundesliga last season, reaching a top speed of 36.37 km/hr. The winger has recorded five goals in 24 senior appearances for Freiburg.

His contract expires in 2026.
