BVB starlet Bruun Larsen named Danish Talent of the Year

Borussia Dortmund's Jacob Bruun Larsen has been honored with the Danish Talent of the Year award.

Borussia Dortmund winger Jacob Bruun Larsen has been named Danish Male Talent of the Year by The Danish Football Players' Association.

Bruun Larsen has been honored with the award after emerging as a regular starter at Borussia Dortmund under Lucien Favre this season.

"This makes me really happy and proud. It's cool and obviously a recognition of what I've done. I'm getting noticed, and that's great," Bruun Larsen says on the website of The Danish Football Players' Association.

"It's great to be a part of this team. We're winning all the time, we're top of the league and ended up first in our Champions League group as well. I've learned a lot and collected a lot of experience."

The 20-year-old is yet to be called up for the Danish national team, but netted twice in four appearances for his country's under-21 national team in 2018.
