Speaking after his side's Champions League exit last night, Eintracht Frankfurt coach Oliver Glasner admitted that Napoli were the better side.

'Die Adler' suffered a 3-0 defeat on the road and went down 5-0 on aggregate. Nevertheless, Glasner said he was "proud" of his players.

"I have no problem with acknowledging that they were the better team, but I have to compliment my side. We did better than at home," said Glasner.

"I am very proud of the team, we reached the knockout stages as newcomers in the Champions League. But here we met an opponent who was too big for us."
