Marco Reus is certainly no stranger to the new Borussia Dortmund coach Lucien Favre. The Dortmund star worked together with Favre at Borussia Mönchengladbach in the 2011/12 and says he is looking forward to cooperating with him again.

Reus only has fond memories of Favre whom he believes is the best club coach he has played under.

"I have expierenced some club coaches, and he is probably the best among them. Of course a lot of time has passed since the 2010/11 season when we worked together in Gladbach," Reus said in an interview with dfb.de.

"Back then, it was great to see how meticulously a coach can work - both in the changing room and on the pitch where he does himself and keeps himself under control. I hope that's also how Lucien Favre works today. Then we will get back on track with BVB," he added.

Reus moved to Dortmund after the 2011/12 season, but Favre stayed at Gladbach until 2015.
