Robert Gumny will be out for months due to a cruciate ligament tear.
FC Augsburg will be without Robert Gumny for months after the full-back suffered a serious injury in training on Tuesday.
As confirmed by the Bundesliga club, Gumny has torn a cruciate ligament in his right knee.
The 25-year-old underwent surgery on Wednesday and now faces a long spell on the sidelines.
Gumny has featured 13 times for Augsburg this season.
