Here's our Bundesliga team of the week for Matchday 25.

Bundesliga team of the week – Matchday 25 (4-1-3-2):

Goalkeeper: Jiri Pavlenka, Werder Bremen (3)
Made a string of important saves in Werder's 4-2 win over Schalke 04 - especially in the first half.

Right-back: Joshua Kimmich, Bayern München (4)
Had a very strong game against Wolfsburg. Contributed well to the offense and scored the 5-0 goal.

Centre-back: Nico Elvedi, Borussia Mönchengladbach (2)
Scored the match-winning goal as Gladbach defeated Mainz 1-0. Also won 71 percent of his duels, had a pass rate of 95 percent and touched the ball 105 times - more than any other player.

Centre-back: Mats Hummels, Bayern München (2)
Put in a rock solid performance against Wolfsburg, making a number of clever tackles and interceptions.

Left-back: Filip Kostic, Eintracht Frankfurt (4)
The wing-back put in a tireless performance against Fortuna Düsseldorf. Did well to come forward throughout the game and set up the 3-0 goal with a great cross.

Central midfielder: Axel Witsel, Borussia Dortmund (4)
A huge presence in midfield in BVB's 3-1 win over Stuttgart. Single-handedly set up his side's third goal after beating a number of defenders.

Offensive midfielder: Julian Brandt, Bayer Leverkusen
The German international has really shined since Peter Bosz took over as Leverkusen coach, and he had another great game against Hannover 96, setting up two goals in his side's 3-2 win.

Offensive midfielder: Andrej Kramaric, Hoffenheim (2)
Secured Hoffenheim all three points by scoring both his team's goals in the 2-1 win over FC Nürnberg.

Offensive midfielder: James Rodriguez, Bayern München
Pulled the strings in midfield and scored a great goal in Bayern's 6-0 win over Wolfsburg.

Striker: Robert Lewandowski, Bayern München (5)
Scored a brace and combined very well with his teammates in Bayern's heavy win.

Striker: Kevin Volland, Bayer 04 Leverkusen
Grabbed two well-taken goals despite the challenging weather conditions in Bayer Leverkusen's 3-2 win over Hannover 96.
