Achraf Hakimi says it's still uncertain if he will return to Real Madrid when his loan deal with Borussia Dortmund expires in 2020.

The 20-year-old feels well in Dortmund, but admits that he dreams of success at Real Madrid.

"It's not my decision alone. The clubs and my agent have to talk about it. I will try to continue doing my job to help Dortmund and see if we can achieve great things together," Hakimi told AS when asked about his future and added:

"I won't lie. Of course I'd like to succeed there. I grew up in Madrid, it's my home, and I want to grow further there. But if that doesn't happen, I'll try to be successful somewhere else. That's my dream.

"When my loan deal is over, I'll see if I'm ready for Real Madrid. At the moment, I'm at a very good level, so I think I could be at Real Madrid. But I'll tell you if I'm ready or not at the end of the season. Ask me in May," he said.

Hakimi scored both Dortmund's goals in their 2-0 win over Slavia Prague in the Champions League on Wednesday.
