RB Leipzig sporting director Markus Krösche believes there is a good chance that Lukas Klostermann will extend his deal with the club beyond 2021.

"We have signaled that we would very much like to keep him here in the future. I'm in cheerful spirits and very positive in this regard," Krösche told Kicker and added:

"He feels comfortable here, sees how the team has developed and how he has developed as part of the team."

RB Leipzig paid €1 million to sign the 23-year-old from VfL Bochum in 2014.
