Fantasy Bundesliga tips: Matchday 25

Here are our Fantasy Bundesliga tips for Matchday 25.
In this Fantasy Bundesliga article, we will not be focusing on the most obvious premium options such as Jadon Sancho and Serge Gnabry. Instead, we will take a look at the players who could offer great value as differentials for Matchday 25.

Goalkeepers:
There are a bunch of low-price goalkeepers to consider for Matchday 25 in addition to the usual suspects Florian Kastenmeier (Fortuna Düsseldorf, 1.1M) and Robin Zentner (Mainz, 1.2M).

Stefanos Kapino (Werder Bremen, 1M) is set to start for Werder Bremen instead of Jiri Pavlenka, who has been ruled out due to injury, while Thomas Kraft (Hertha BSC, 1M) should stay in goal for Hertha BSC.

Additionally, Schalke 04 coach David Wagner has said that Markus Schubert (Schalke 04, 1M) is expected to play ahead of Alex Nübel for the rest of the season.

Defenders:
Philipp Mwene (Mainz, 1.2M) did well when he was handed the chance last week and should stay in the line-up for Mainz's home game against Fortuna Düsseldorf.

Ismail Jakobs (FC Köln, 2M) and Christopher Lenz (Union Berlin, 2.7M) remain solid low-price picks.

Jordan Torunarigha (Hertha BSC, 5.2M) should continue on the left side side of defence and looks like a good option for Hertha's home game with Werder Bremen.

After working his way back from an injury, Ramy Bensebaini (Gladbach, 9M) was back in Gladbach's line-up against Augsburg last week, and he showed what a goal-threat he is as he netted for the fourth time this season.

Finally, it's worth mentioning Christopher Trimmel (Union Berlin, 9.3M), who had an excellent game against Wolfsburg last week, racking up 17 points.

Midfielders:
Joshua Zirkzee (Bayern München, 1.4M) did well against Hoffenheim last week as he was given the chance up top. He but wasn't in the line-up for Bayern's mid-week clash with Schalke 04 in the DFB-Pokal, though, so it's unclear if he will start this time.

Just like Zirkzee, Kenan Karaman (Fortuna Düsseldorf, 5.2M) actually plays a striker despite being listed as a midfielder in-game. The 26-year-old scored a brace against Hertha last week and could possibly find the net once more against a Mainz side that have often looked shaky at the back this season.

Elvis Rexhbecaj (FC Köln, 5.6M) and Florian Kainz (FC Köln, 6.6M) have both looked really impressive in recent weeks and are both solid picks for Köln's Friday night game against Paderborn.

If you think Hoffenheim are capable of bouncing back from their 0-6 thrashing against Bayern when they face Schalke this time around, you should consider Christoph Baumgartner (Hoffenheim, 7.5M). The 20-year-old plays in a very offensive role and has been one of Hoffenheim's stand-out performers in 2020.

Vincenzo Grifo (Freiburg, 11.3M) looked really good against Borussia Dortmund and has subsequently been praised by Freiburg coach Christian Streich. The 26-year-old's price tag is a little steep, but he could be a nice differential if he rediscovers his top level.

Strikers:
Matheus Cunha (Hertha BSC, 8.4M) had a really good game against Fortuna Düsseldorf last week and seems like a solid pick as Hertha take on struggling Werder Bremen at home.

Mark Uth (FC Köln, 10.3M) is set to return for FC Köln after sitting out against his parent club Schalke 04 last week. The 28-year-old has been in excellent form at the number-10 position since joining Köln on loan in January, and he might even play up top against Paderborn with Jhon Cordoba unavailable due to suspension.

Lucas Alario (Leverkusen, 11.1M) should start up top for Leverkusen for the rest of this season as Kevin Volland has been ruled out with a long-term injury. The Argentine forward has shown what a clinical goalscorer he is on a number of occasions and could be a nice mid-price differential.

Finally, Robin Quaison (Mainz, 12.3M) may be worth a punt. The Swedish international scored and made an assist against Paderborn last week and will look to continue his good form against Fortuna Düsseldorf.
