Fantasy Bundesliga tips: Matchday 30

Here are our Fantasy Bundesliga tips for Matchday 30.
In this Fantasy Bundesliga article, we will not be focusing on the most obvious premium options such as Robert Lewandowski and Timo Werner.

Instead, we will take a look at the players, who could offer great value as differentials for Matchday 30, some of which have been mentioned in our 'Must-haves and differentials' article for the coming gameweek as well.

Goalkeepers:
Partnering Florian Kastenmeier (Fortuna Düsseldorf, 1M) with Andreas Luthe (Augsburg, 1.7M) would give you the opportunity to switch between two bargain goalkeepers during the weekend.

Florian Müller (Mainz, 5.3M) and Timo Horn (FC Köln, 5.6M) are considerably higher priced, but are worth considering if you're looking for alternatives.

Defenders:
Although his recent performances hasn't been up to the mark, Ismail Jakobs (FC Köln, 1.5M) remains a viable Fantasy option considering his low price and the fact that he plays as a winger.

With Union Berlin facing struggling Schalke 04 at home, Christopher Lenz (Union Berlin, 2.4M) is another good, cheap option in defence following his return from injury. If you're willing to invest more in an Union defender, you could bring in Christopher Trimmel (Union Berlin, 9.2M).

Peter Pekarik (Hertha BSC, 2.2M) and Raphael Framberger (Augsburg, 3.9M) are also viable options if you're looking for a cheap defender.

After being benched for two games, Angelino (RB Leipzig, 8.8M) was back in the line-up for RB Leipzig's 4-2 win over FC Köln on Monday, replacing the suspended Marcel Halstenberg. The Spaniard had a very good game (offensively at least), racking up 17 points, so he might keep his spot in the line-up against Paderborn, but isn't a certain starter.

Kevin Mbabu (Wolfsburg, 9.6M) has been in good form since the return of the Bundesliga and looks like a solid pick for Wolfsburg's clash with relegation-threatened Werder Bremen.

Benjamin Pavard (Bayern München, 12.7M) has been a valuable Fantasy asset since the return of the Bundesliga. Most recently, he was Matchday 29's highest-scoring Fantasy defender, racking up up a whopping 25 points.

Midfielders:
Robert Andrich (Union Berlin, 5.2M) is yet to score in the league this season, but likes to come forward from midfield and could be a nice differential this week.

Florian Kainz (FC Köln, 7M), Daichi Kamada (Frankfurt, 7.2M) and
Christoph Baumgartner (Hoffenheim, 8.6M) are all appealing mid-price options.

Josip Brekalo (Wolfsburg, 9.1M) was one of Matchday 29's highest-scoring midfielders and might be worth a punt, with Wolfsburg having a few favorable fixtures coming up. Having picked up a total of 35 points in his last two games, Maximilian Arnold (Wolfsburg, 16M) is another viable option from 'Die Wölfe'.

Owned by just 1 percent of Fantasy Bundesliga managers, the in-form Florian Neuhaus (Gladbach, 13.5M) could be a good differential pick for Gladbach's visit to Freiburg.

The second-highest scoring midfielder on Matchday 29 behind Jadon Sancho, Christopher Nkunku (RB Leipzig, 14.3M) will look to continue his great form when RB Leipzig lock horns with bottom side Paderborn at home.

Filip Kostic (Frankfurt, 18.6M) costs big bucks, but may be worth his price tag with the form that he's in.

Strikers:
Having scored in four out of five games since the resumption of the Bundesliga, André Silva (Frankfurt, 11.1M) is in red-hot form as Frankfurt look to build on a two-game winning streak against Mainz.

Patrik Schick (RB Leipzig, 11.3M) has scored in his last two games and is set to start once more against bottom side Paderborn, with Yussuf Poulsen still sidelined with an injury.

Sebastian Andersson (Union Berlin, 12M) got back on the scoresheet in Union's 1-4 loss to Gladbach last week, taking his goal tally to 12 in the league this season, and may be worth a punt as his side face struggling Schalke 04 at home.

Jhon Cordoba (FC Köln, 12.3M) should be fit for the weekend after he limped off with a knock in Köln's 2-4 loss to RB Leipzig on Monday. Having chipped in with two goals and an assist in his last three games, the 27-year-old is a viable option as Köln travel to Augsburg.

Picking up 21 points each, Marcus Thuram (Gladbach, 14.7M) and Alassane Plea (Gladbach, 15.8M) were the highest-scoring Fantasy Bundesliga strikers on Matchday 29. This time around, they face a Freiburg team that are winless in four games.
