The left-back has slipped down the pecking order at AC Milan and joined PSV Eindhoven in January on a loan deal until the end of the season.
Having just one year left on his contract, the former Wolfsburg player could be on the move this summer, with Bild claiming he would cost around €3 million.
Rodriguez, 27, spent five and a half seasons at Wolfsburg before AC Milan signed him for €15 million in 2017.
