Bayern thump Chelsea to seal quarter-finals spot

Robert Lewandowski scored a brace as Bayern München beat Chelsea to advance to the Champions League quarter-finals.
Bayern München are through to the quarter-finals in the Champions League after a 4-1 victory over Chelsea at Allianz Arena on Saturday.

On Friday, Hansi Flick's side will face FC Barcelona, who beat Napoli 4-2 on aggregate.

Bayern, who won the first leg 3-0, opened the scoring in the 10th minute as Robert Lewandowski scored from the penalty spot.

Ivan Perisic added to the lead midway through the first half before Tammy Abraham pulled one back for the guests shortly before the break.

With 76 minutes on the clock, second-half substitute Corentin Tolisso made it 3-1, followed by a second goal from Lewandowski in the 84th minute.
