Borussia Dortmund coach Lucien Favre says Saturday's 2-0 defeat to Augsburg is 'difficult to accept'.

Favre was disappointed to see his team slip to a defeat at WWK Arena despite dominating possession.

"We are very disappointed. It is difficult to accept this defeat. We almost completely dominated the game, we had almost 80 percent ball possession, but sometimes it doesn't help much," said Favre.

"We started very well, but we weren't precise enough, we played hastily. Augsburg defended very well. We have to be more patient and play more over the wings against such teams. We still have a lot to do," he added.
