Report: Sven Ulreich on the verge of joining HSV

Hamburger SV are poised to complete the signing of Sven Ulreich from Bayern München, according to Bild.

The German news outlet reports that the two clubs are on the verge of agreeing a deal worth just under €2 million for the 32-year-old goalkeeper.

Ulreich has been behind Manuel Neuer in the pecking order since joining Bayern from Stuttgart in 2015, making 70 appearances.

He has faced increased competition from Alexander Nübel after the 24-year-old joined Bayern at the beginning of this season.
