Werder Bremen have announced that a player of their first-team squad has been put in quarantine after testing positive for coronavirus on Wednesday.

Bremen-based media outlet Deichstube has identified Felix Agu as the player, who has returned a positive test.

All other tests conducted by the club on Wednesday came out negative, Werder said in their statement.

However, according to Deichstube, Tahith Chong is self-quarantining as well despite returning a negative test because he shared a room with Agu during Werder's away trip to Freiburg last week.
