Augsburg coach Heiko Herrlich rules out January move for Marco Richter amid Schalke links
Augsburg coach Heiko Herrlich has ruled out a winter transfer for Marco Richter, who has been touted for a move to Schalke 04.
FC Augsburg coach Heiko Herrlich has played down speculation linking Marco Richter with a loan switch to Schalke 04 until the end of the season.
"With regard to Marco Richter, a transfer is out of the question. This is not an issue," Herrlich told the Augsburger Allgemeine.
"We're not planning any new arrivals either," he added ahead of the January transfer window.
Richter has scored two goals in 10 games for Augsburg this season.
