Report: Silas Wamangituka to be rewarded with new Stuttgart deal

VfB Stuttgart are reportedly ready to offer Silas Wamangituka a new and improved contract.

Silas Wamangituka is set to be rewarded with a new VfB Stuttgart contract, according to Sport Bild.

Wamangituka, who is currently under contract until 2024, impressed in his first season in the Bundesliga, racking up 11 goals and five assists in 25 league appearances, before sustaining a season-ending knee injury.

Despite the long-term injury, VfB Stuttgart are ready to increase the 21-year-old's wages from €1 million per season to €1.5 million, as per the report, which doesn't reveal any details about the length of the new deal.
