French-Ivorian center-back Ismaël Doukouré is being scouted and targeted by Hertha Berlin SC scouts for a potential transfer at the end of the current German top flight season.

This is the defender’s first professional season in France, appearing 17 times already with Valenciennes this season.

The 17-year-old is of Ivorian descent and is a product of Lille’s youth academy. He will turn 18 in July, after which he is bound to sign his first senior professional contract.
Doukoure is an energetic defender and a move to the German top tier will undoubtedly accelerate his development.

He is worth €300,000, according to transfermarkt’s valuation.

Hertha sit 15th in the Bundesliga table even after reinforcing their squad with four transfers; Jhon Cordoba from FC Koln, Deyovaisio Zeefuik from FC Groningen, Alexander Schwolow from SC Freiburg & Sami Khedira from Juventus.
