Confirmed: Dortmund sign Batshuayi
Borussia Dortmund have brough in Michy Batshuayi on loan from Chelsea.
With Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang leaving Borussia Dortmund for Arsenal earlier today, it seems 'Die Schwarzgelben' has now found a replacement for the Gabonese striker.
The club have announced that Michy Batshuayi is joining the club on loan from Chelsea for the rest of the season.
"Michy is a young, very interesting striker with a very good goalscoring record, and both for Chelsea, Olympique Marseille, in the Belgian league and for the national team, he has shown extraordinary quality," Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc said to the club's website.
The 24-year-old has played for Chelsea since 2016 and has scored 19 goals in 53 appearances for 'The Blues'.
