Report: Werder target Danish youth international

SV Werder Bremen's reliable "Deichstube" fan-site reports that the Hanseatic City State are interested in acquiring Danish youth international Albert Grønbæk Erlykke of Norwegian side FK Bodø/Glimt.

According to information from SV Werder Bremen's "Deichstube" fan-site, SV Werder Bremen are keen on acquiring the services of Danish youth international Albert Grønbæk Erlykke. The 22-year-old scored nine goals and registered eight assists in his last season in the Eliteserien. In the current Norwegian campaign, he's struck twice in six appearances. Grønbæk moved to Glint for €3.3 million from AGF Aarhus in 2022.

The central midfielder, who also has some experience as a left flank attacker, has seen his estimated market worth rise to €10 million in the latest transfermarkt update. Deichstube notes that this may potentially serve as an impediment to a deal as Grønbæk's club seeks to obtain fair market value for him. Werder, having received some additional financial backing recently, may still wish to invest in the youngster.
