Although he's had his moments of brilliance, it's been a difficult season for Karim Adeyemi, who has struggled to secure a regular starting spot for Borussia Dortmund, not least due to injury problems.

Sky Germany are now speculating that the 22-year-old could be on his way out of Borussia Dortmund this summer.

According to the German media outlet, Adeyemi has attracted interest from other clubs, particularly in England, with Dortmund willing to sell if the price is right.

Adeyemi parted company with his long-time agent a few weeks ago, which could also indicate that he's looking for a change of scenery.

The Black and Yellows paid 30 million to sign the attacker from RB Salzburg in the summer of 2022. His current contract runs until 2027.

He has featured a total of 33 times in the 2023/24 season, scoring five goals and providing two assists for Dortmund.
