Agent confirms decision on Silas' future has been made

Silas Katompa Mvumpa's agent says a final decision has been made on his client's future.

VfB Stuttgart forward Silas Katompa Mvumpa has been linked with a move away from the club this summer.

However, the Silas' agent, Mehmet Eser, has now confirmed that the player is not going anywhere.

"There were several clubs interested in Silas. But we decided together to stay with VfB," Eser told Sky Germany.

"Silas feels at home in Stuttgart, is looking forward to the Champions League and wants to give a lot back to the club and its fantastic fans."

French sides RC Lens and Auxerre, Villarreal of Spain and Fulham of England have all reportedly shown interest in Silas.

The 25-year-old's contract with Stuttgart runs until 2026.
