Report: Bayern and Xavi Simons largely agree on personal terms

Bayern Munich have reportedly largely agreed personal terms with Xavi Simons, but have yet to reach an agreement with his club, Paris Saint-Germain.

Bayern Munich appear to be making progress in their bid to sign Xavi Simons from Paris Saint-Germain.

According to Sky Germany, Bayern and the Dutchman's management have agreed on the "most important" personal terms.

However, there's still a long way to go before the deal is finalized, as Bayern need to reach an agreement with Paris Saint-Germain on a transfer fe as well.

In addition, it's been reported that the 21-year-old would prefer to stay at RB Leipzig, where he spent last season on loan.

This doesn't necessarily rule out the possibility that his representatives have reached an agreement with the Bavarians to keep all options open for the player to make a decision on his future after the Euros.

Simons is playing for the Netherlands at the tournament in Germany and has said he wants to concentrate on that for now.
