Bayern Munich have reached a full agreement to sign Nicolas Jackson from Chelsea, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The Italian transfer market insider reports that German champions will pay a €16.5 million fee to sign the 24-year-old striker on loan, with the deal including an obligation to buy.

Bild, meanwhile, reports that the deal includes an option to buy, which becomes an obligation if Jackson makes a certain number of appearances.

After the move appeared to be completely off on Sunday evening, the two clubs reopened negotiations on Monday - and have now reportedly reached an agreement.

Bayern are expected to officially announce the signing of Jackson later on Monday.
