Sven Ulreich is set to extend his contract with Bayern Munich, according to TZ.

The deal hasn't been signed yet, but everything is in place for the veteran goalkeeper to extend his expiring contract for another season, the report claims.

The 36-year-old is expected to be the third-choice goalkeeper behind Manuel Neuer and Jonas Urbig next season.

Bayern have two other senior goalkeepers under contract, Daniel Peretz and Alexander Nübel.

Peretz is expected to be sent out on loan, while Nübel's loan at Stuttgart runs for another season.

Ulreich has made a total of 103 appearances for Bayern.
