After the Bundesliga’s thrilling 'Englishe Woche' midweek fixtures, we finally turn the corner into the Rückrunde or second-half of the season.

In this Fantasy Bundesliga article, we’ll highlight 10 players to consider adding to your team ahead of Matchday 18.

As a rule of thumb, we’ll largely try to steer clear of the most obvious picks, instead focusing mainly on players who could offer great value as differentials.

Daniel Svensson, Borussia Dortmund (Defender, 4.65M, 10%)

While he is perhaps not having as influential a season as he did in the 2024-25 campaign, Svensson was benched for most of BVB's 3-0 midweek win over Bremen. The Swedish wing-back should be guaranteed to start against a St.Pauli side struggling for goals on the road.

Miro Muheim, Hamburger SV (Defender, 12.67M, 19%)

Although HSV slipped to a 2-1 defeat in their first game of the new year, Miro Muheim continues to be a consistent attacking outlet and duel-winning machine earning 282 points. After HSV's midweek game was cancelled, the Swiss full-back ought to be well rested for a clash with Gladbach who just conceded five to Hoffenheim.

Rasmus Kristensen, Eintracht Frankfurt (Defender, 13.62M, 8%)

Despite two disappointing results for Eintracht Frankfurt against Dortmund and Stuttgart, the Danish defender still averaged around 193 points. His duel numbers continue to look promising and hw even came up with a goal in the 3-2 defeat at the MHP Arena on Tuesday.

Maximilian Mittelstädt, VfB Stuttgart (Defender, 20.11M, 11%)

The VfB Stuttgart full-back made a bright start to life in 2026 with back-to-back scores of over 300 points against Bayer Leverkusen and Eintracht Frankfurt. Mittelstädt also appears to be on penalties for Sebastian Hoeneß' side, although the returning Ermedin Demirovic could have something to say about that.

Chris Führich, VfB Stuttgart (Midfielder, 4.02M, 2%)

With VfB Stuttgart being one of the most in-form teams in the Bundesliga at the minute, it makes sense to look at Chris Führich as a budget option. The 27-year-old has looked back to his best in recent games, even rewarding his owners with 245 points in midweek.

Johan Manzambi, SC Freiburg (Midfielder, 8.97M, 24%)

The Swiss international continues to act as the attacking spark in Julian Schuster's team as well as on the defensive side of things. Despite a dip in form against Leipzig in the midweek games, Manzambi has managed over 200 points in four of his last six outings.

Ritsu Dōan, Eintracht Frankfurt (Midfielder, 14.9M, 31%)

Frankfurt's fixtures turned for the worse coming into 2026, but Dōan still managed to hit around 170 points in both of his last two games. Now, the Japanese winger takes on Werder Bremen, who according to reports, are said to have unrest in their camp while Dino Toppmöller's men will crave a first win of 2026.

Dženan Pejčinović, VfL Wolfsburg (Forward, 4.52M, 3%)

Munich native Pejčinović made it a five goals in three Bundesliga games as he netted in Wolfsburg's heavy 8-1 defeat to Bayern and bagged the winner against FC St. Pauli on Wednesday. The 20-year-old is truly enjoying a rich vein of form, averaging around 0.57xG per game lately.

Jamie Leweling, VfB Stuttgart (Forward, 9.5M, 13%)

Easily the biggest unsung hero in Stuttgart's team as of late, Leweling has quietly gone about his business with 2 goals and 2 assists in his last 4 Bundesliga games. He's also a slightly more cost-effective alternative to Deniz Undav and has averaged 269 points in those last four outings.

Luis Díaz, FC Bayern (Forward, 25.99M, 25%)

The Colombian marked his 29th-birthday during the week and he appears to be celebrating with attacking returns, providing a goal and 3 assists in his first two games in 2026. His hauls of 425 and 320 points against Wolfsburg and FC Köln respectively even outshone teammate Harry Kane's tally.
