Beste attracts interest across the continent

As reported by Kicker and Sky Germany, Heidenheim attacker Jan-Niklas Beste is continuing to attract clubs across the continent after an immense debut season in the Bundesliga

Finishing with eight goals and eleven assists on the way to an eighth-placed finish for Heidenheim, Jan-Niklas Beste is attracting interest from across Europe.

Heidenheim reportedly seek around €10 million for the 25-year-old, although a more realistic price would be between €5-7 million. Everton, Villarreal, Genoa, and Galatasaray have all expressed interest in Beste, who played a crucial role in Heidenheim's qualification for the UEFA Conference League. According to Sky Germany, Beste prefers to remain in the Bundesliga.

Nevertheless, Heidenheim are eager to keep Beste at the Voith Arena and have offered the midfielder a contract extension. However, no further progress has been made. Beste's current contract expires next summer.

Despite having to withdraw from the squad, his impressive form across the campaign even led to a call-up to the German national team for the March international break.
