All of the transfer speculation linking French international Kingsley Coman with a move away from Bayern München on the final day of the transfer window will apparently come to nothing. Italian transfer guru Fabrizio Romano reports that the 28-year-old has opted to decline all inquiries and will remain with the German record champs.

Coman remains under contract with Bayern through 2027. The former PSG academy man earns a reported €20 million annual salary; something that surely plays a role in his desire not to negotiate with other clubs. A rumored move to Saudi Arabia might have proven equally as lucrative for him, but it appears that staying in Europe remains a priority.
