German TV star confirms Kimmich's Euro selection

Famous German soap opera star Wolfgang Bahro has confirmed Joshua Kimmich's ticket to this summer's German-hosted European Championship. After Leverkusen midfielder Robert Andrich and Brighton & Hove Albion defender Pascal Groß, Kimmich became the third player to receive confirmation of a roster slot on Wednesday morning. Bahro announced Kimmich's inclusion on his instagram feed. 

Kimmich becomes the 14th player of a projected 23-man-roster to have his place confirmed. A DFB presser scheduled for 13:00 tomorrow should see the full squad confirmed. Bundestrainer Julian Nagelsmann is on record as stating that he wishes to nominate 23 players despite the fact that current UEFA regulations permit 26 to be selected.
