Gnabry comments on his future at Bayern
Bayern Munich could be in for a shake-up this summer, with Serge Gnabry one of the players said to be free to leave if a suitable offer comes in.
With the Bavarians said to have agreed a deal to sign Crystal Palace's Michael Olise and are targeting a loan move for Paris Saint-Germain's Xavi Simons, the 28-year-old will face new competition if he stays.
But he doesn't seem to be worried. Asked by Sky Germany if he could see himself staying at Bayern beyond 2026, Gnabry replied:
"Definitely."
Questioned about his goals at Bayern, Gnabry said:
"We are looking forward to the new season. We have all put last season behind us. Last season wasn't good for us and for me personally, with all the injuries and so on. That's why we all want to attack again. The cards will be reshuffled and we'll do our best next season".
Gnabry, 28, scored five goals and provided two assists in 20 games in what turned out to be an injury-riddled 2023/24 campaign for him.
