FC Heidenheim have agreed a deal to sign Arijon Ibrahimovic on loan from Bayern Munich, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The Italian market insider reports that the agreement was fully completed on Wednesday morning and that the 19-year-old attacking midfielder has already passed his medical.

Ibrahimovic spent the second half of last season on loan at Lazio, and while reports have linked him with another loan spell in Italy, he has now opted to continue his development within the Bundesliga.

Last season, Heidenheim had two other Bayern players - Paul Wanner and Frans Krätzig - on loan, both with great success.

Wanner is now back at Bayern and could be set for a new loan move, while Krätzig has been sold to RB Salzburg.
