It wasn't pretty, but Borussia Dortmund did just enough to beat Sporting CP last night. "We didn't produce our best performance," admitted BVB captain Marco Reus after the game.

"It felt very difficult. We didn't produce our best performance. We absolutely wanted to win and have now picked up six points," said Reus, who started the game after coming back from a minor knee injury.
"The match was so important, I obviously wanted to be involved. We showed a good attitude and worked well off the ball," added the Dortmund captain.
"We're satisfied for today and will now switch our focus to the weekend."
Reus and Dortmund lock horns with Augsburg in the Bundesliga on Saturday.
